Summer staff Missionaries are 16 years or older. They receive support from contributions made through the AMF home office.
Interns at MHBC are age 15. They are supported by contributions made directly to Mt. Hope Bible Camp.
Troy Yarbrough
Hello, I’m Troy Yarbrough, I am going to be an intern at Mt. Hope this summer, but let me tell you more about myself. I have lived in Orland, California my whole life. I have had some variety when it comes to schools, for kindergarten 
and 7th grade I was home schooled. I went to Lake School for 1st and 2nd and I went to Oak Tree Christian School 2nd through 6th and 8th grade. Now I am a freshman at Hamilton High School.
Let me tell you my how I came to know Jesus Christ as my savior. I have grown up with both my parents being strong Christian leaders in our church and our community, so I knew a lot about Jesus and the Bible but I wasn’t able to use my knowledge because I hadn’t accepted Jesus as my savior yet. Just last year, God finally opened my eyes and heart to him at the Mt. Hope Madness. Now, I am coming to Mount Hope as a humble servant of God and I’m ready to do whatever they have me do. Someday in the future I am hoping to go to a Christian Collage somewhere and run a bible camp of my own. Thanks for reading my biography and don’t forget who gave you everything you have because I know how easy it is to forget about God when your life is easy.
Lyz Crowhurst
I'm Lyz Crowhurst I am sixteen. I've been going to Mt. Hope for 6 years. I fell in love with it and couldn't imagine a better way to spend my summer than serving the Lord at my favorite place on earth. After high school I want to go to Corban Bible College and become a teacher with the hope of someday teaching at Rift Valley Academy in Kenya, Africa.
Peter Delle
My name is Peter Delle, I have attended Mt. Hope since I was in third grade. Over the years, Mt. Hope has become a larger part of my walk with Christ. I have been involved with my church’s child care, junior church program, and VBS. I have also traveled with Lee Beldon to numerous area churches to assist with VBS. I have served as a cabin leader at Mt. Hope as well as other local camps, and I have served as a member of the program staff at Junior high madness last fall. I have seen the huge impact that Mt. Hope has had on my life and I want to help Mt. Hope make this impact on as many campers as possible.
Camille Crane
My name is Camille Crane and I am an AMF summer missionary. I am seventeen years old and have just finished my freshman year at Simpson University, a Christian university in Redding, where I am majoring in mathematics education and plan to be a high school math teacher. I have been attending Mt. Hope Bible Camp since I was nine years old and have worked here for the past two summers, last summer as a missionary as well. As a missionary, we are all in need of support, financially and more importantly prayer. I ask that you pray that I have the energy to get through each day and that the love of Christ shine through me to the campers and people that I work with. Thank you for your support and God bless.
Emily Delle
Hello my name is Emily Delle. I am 16 years old and a junior in high school. I have gone to Mt Hope for nine years and am returning for my tenth. Last year I was an intern for Mt Hope and this year I will be working with AMF as a Summer Missionary. I love working at camp and plan to minor in youth ministry at Emmaus College.
Jeromy Heston
Hello, my name is Jeromy Heston and I am going to be a summer intern
at Mt. hope this summer. I lived in some pretty bad situations in my
younger years. After these situations continued to get worse I moved
in with my grandmother who I had lived with for about seven years. I
have been going to Mt.Hope for a number of years and feel that I
should help out a little bit. I came to know Christ at Mt.Hope when I
was about eight years old. Even though my parents are not Christians
there are many people in my life that have influenced me and my faith
to Christ.
Ian Crane
My name is Ian Crane and I am going to be returning to Mount Hope this year, but I will be a missionary, as opposed to last year, as I was an intern. I
thoroughly enjoyed my experiences last year, as I did the last eight years that I was a camper at Mount Hope, and I jumped at the opportunity to come back again. I am currently sixteen years old and I have just graduated from Marysville High School. Next year I plan to attend Point Loma Nazarene University, a Christian college in San Diego, where I will major in visual arts and minor in youth ministries. I would appreciate all support sent my way, whether in the form of financial assistance or prayer. My prayer is that I will be able to serve the Lord here with the best of my abilities and not to let a bad attitude get in the way of everyone’s camping experience, but to have a positive attitude with God shining through me.

What Is A Faith Promise?
The ministry of Mt. Hope Bible Camp missionaries & interns is supported through the contributions of God’s people. This establishes a partnership between those who use their financial resources to provide for the expense of ministry.
A faith promise is not a legally binding pledge, but rather a promise to God to help the ministry of a missionary by contributing a set amount as He provides.
