Facilities @ Mt. Hope

Mt. Hope's facility occupies 88 acres of forested, gently sloped hillside. There is an open grassy field that is ideal for recreation or outdoor events. Walking trails wind through the camp, giving walkers or joggers a peaceful place to exercise. There are also volleyball and basketball courts for team sports. "Victory Circles" provide an intimate venue for small group evening sessions and testimony services. A fitting way to conclude a time of refreshment around God's Word.

Sleeping accommodations include dorms and rustic cabins. There are three dorm buildings that can accommodate up to 120 people. Each dorm room can handle up to 5 persons.

The 'rustic' cabins have been generally used for summer campers, but are currently being upgraded or rebuilt for all season usage. The cabins can accommodate up to 16 people. With 12 cabins total, there are six cabins in both the men's and women's areas. There is a smaller facility (Victory Inn) that accommodates up to 10 people in two rooms.. The dorms and Victory Inn have bathrooms in those buildings. The cabin areas have shower and restroom facilities in both cabin areas. 

Our newest outdoor facility is the amphitheater. Opened in the spring of 2006, it is sure to be a great asset to meet your group's needs.

Summer afternoons at Mt. Hope can be quite warm and a refreshing dip in our large pool may be just what you need to be cool. After a dip in the pool, you may be ready for a snack. Our General Store is a great place to visit for those snacks, or maybe a souvenir tee shirt.
